TYPE OF MENUS
Below you will find information about the various menu types you can choose from (without extra costs). Think of menu types such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, lactose-free, Diabetes, Protein-rich and many others. The nutrition plan will offer you 6 meals a day: 3 main meals and 3 snacks. With Nutrits you can lose weight or keep on weight in a healthy way. A half or a full kilo of weight loss per week is possible. You will receive every week a new, personalized nutrition plan for the entire week.
Basic

Basic Easy is similar to Basic, but it’s easier to prepare with even less preparation time. The shopping list is also more simple. Fish is selected at least once a week.

GLUTEN FREE

The Gluten-free diet plan is intended for people with proven celiac disease or gluten intolerance who want to learn to eat healthily. In reality, only 5-15% of people suffer from this. Therefore, try to use Gluten-free only if this has been determined by a doctor.

With the protein-rich diet scheme, meat toppings on bread and extra dairy are more often chosen. You also occasionally receive a protein shake. Ideal for people who exercise intensively (more than twice a week). There are some newer products such as skyr, lentil paste, quinoa.
Diabetes

The Diabetes meal plan is for people with diabetes type 1 and 2. The carbohydrates with a high glycemic value will be filtered. Per meal time is shown how many grams of carbohydrates the meal contains so that you can adjust your medication more easily.
LACTOSE INTOLERANT

Natural

With Natural nutrition schedules all advice is made based on organic products. Dishes that occur include breakfast smoothies, nuts, fruit, raw vegetables and vegetables, egg, dairy, butter, quinoa, coconut oil, soups, salads etc. with a vegetarian dinner twice a week, fish chosen twice and salad more often. This category also requires more preparation time.
